Oura Ring 4 owners, what finger do you actually wear it on

The manual says index or middle finger for best accuracy but everyone I know wears it wherever it fits comfortably, which for most people is the ring finger.

I moved mine from ring to middle finger last month and my sleep scores got noticeably more consistent, so now I'm curious how much this actually matters for other people versus just being marketing guidance.
