Would you actually wear an exoskeleton hiking with strangers around

Took the Hypershell X out on a trail this weekend and got more stares than I expected, a couple kids literally pointed. It genuinely helped on the uphill stretches but I felt like a walking science fair project the whole time.

Curious how much the social awkwardness factor plays into whether people actually use gear like this versus just buying it and leaving it in the garage.
