Typing texts with the Meta neural band while walking my dog felt like a magic trick, then I face-planted

The pitch for the neural band always sounded like a solution looking for a problem to me. Then I actually used it to reply to a text mid dog-walk without touching my phone and I got it.

Two days later I was so busy finger-writing a message on my leg that I didn't see a curb coming and ate it pretty hard. Dog was fine, my pride was not.

Genuinely the best AI glasses feature I've tried this year but also the first wearable that's ever caused a physical injury. Anyone else getting a little too comfortable with these?
